Day of Dedication of the Quran |"Yom-e-Taqdees-e-Quran"|
"Yom-e-Taqdees-e-Quran"
In Sweden, for the second time in 6 months, there is no Quran, the hearts of two and a half billion Muslims have been burned, which they are protesting all over the world. Desecration of the Holy Quran, religious tolerance, mutual respect, civility and decency is a bigoted and hateful act that cannot be tolerated in any way.

Such heartbreaking events are also a violation of international laws. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, expressing the sentiments of the Muslim world, has warned the international community to stop the path of violent forces with religious prejudices and victims of Islamophobia. Violent minds targeting religion, holy persons, beliefs and ideas are a threat to the peace of the world. In order to give a clear message to the evil minds, they have decided to celebrate the Holy Qur'an Day on 7th July, Friday, and have announced a nationwide protest. He has appealed to the entire nation, including all political parties, to participate in the protest. A joint session of the Parliament has been called on Thursday to give a national reaction against the desecration of the Holy Quran, in which a joint resolution will also be passed. An emergency meeting of the United Nations Human Rights Council has also been called at the request of Pakistan.
Friday is also observed as a day of condemnation in Turkey, Malaysia, Lebanon, Bangladesh, Morocco and South Africa. Jamaat-e-Islami has announced nationwide protests on this day.
The United Nations celebrated the International Day Against Islamophobia in
March this year and acknowledged that desecration of the Holy Quran, profane
cartoons and derogatory words about Islam are not only hurting
the sentiments of Muslims, but also Islamophobia.
Discrimination is also perpetuated through phobia, which the United
Nations needs to take action against. When these steps will take place
is still a question mark.
