Every health employee after 3 to 5 years of service should be transferred inside are outside District as a rule for the Army, Police, Bureaucratic and others exists but why not implement it as it will come favoritism, cooperation, and grouping in the health department as nowadays merits violated by the health department and no respect for professional loyal and honest workers.
To address these challenges, it is important to have a qualified workforce that is trained to manage the health department effectively. One way to achieve this is by mandating the Master of Public Health (MPH) qualification for management positions in the health department. This would ensure that those in management positions have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage the health department effectively and efficiently.
