The decision of a 3-member special bench headed by Justice Qazi Faiz Isa was issued in the Supreme Court's self-notice case of giving 20 additional marks to Hafiz Quran.

The judgment of the case was issued in the ratio of two to one, the special bench comprising Justice Aminuddin and Justice Shahid Waheed.


The judgment said that all cases under Article 184 III should be postponed until the rules are made.
